Bet you have seen the articles about the new shopping cart study that shows 66 children are injured each year in accidents involving shopping carts. According to a study by the CPSPC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), most of the injuries are from falls.

ShoppingCartSafety.com hopes that when shopping with your toddler you always buckle up using the shopping cart seat belt. If your cart has a broken or missing belt, be sure to find a cart that has this safety feature. Please take a few minutes and tell customer service so they can get the belt replaced. If the store does not have any shopping cart seat belts, tell us and we will contact the store for you. All it takes is a second for a child to pop out of the seat if they are not restrained. Please don’t take the chance.
